Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled person to direct and coordinate route operations during a failure of the SkyConnect Train service at the Tampa International Airport. This work is done in compliance with the procedures defined by the client and Airport Operations as well as in conformance with ABM company procedures. The Supervisor working in the AOC is assigned duties involving daily communication and interaction with ABM Supervisors, Airport Operations Center (AOC) and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) personnel. During a defined emergency event, the SEO will play a critical role in ensuring that resources are organized quickly, safely, and efficiently to provide ground transportation to and from the SkyCenter and main airport terminal. The Supervisor will primarily be responsible for tracking and reporting the status of the operations, communicating effectively with Bus Operators, Traffic Control, as well on-site personnel at airport, and ABM personnel.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Gather and document necessary information such as passenger loads at route terminus, timeliness of transportation, vehicle availability and special instructions.
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles to meet transportation demands efficiently.
• Monitor vehicle locations and provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding estimated arrival times.
• Handle any issues or incidents that may arise during transportation, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, vehicle movement, arrival and departure times.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize service delivery and ensure maximum efficiency.
• Stay updated with DOT regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Monitors radio, telephones and on-road provision of service for quality.
• Participates in analysis and review of operating performance.
• Weekly rotate COBUS vehicles between locations.
• All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) or more years of Supervisor experience is required.
• Two (2) years of Customer Service experience is required.
• Two (2) years of Commercial Driving experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and dispatch software is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computers and common software applications is required.
• Knowledge of the airport service area is a plus
