Currently operating in NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Austin, London, and expanding operations in years to come. We have experienced rapid expansion over the past decade and to further the growth, we are looking for highly ambitious professionals to join our Tea Around Town Miami experience

About our Server/Brand Ambassador position:

We are currently hiring team members in the dual role of BOTH Server AND Brand Ambassador at Tea Around Town Miami! Prospective team members should be willing to perform both roles. Professional food service, customer service and hospitality backgrounds are STRONGLY preferred

Server Description:
As a Server at Tea Around Town Miami, you'll be responsible for all aspects of Tea service aboard our unmistakable Tea Around Town bus. Your role will be to organize and keep track of necessary materials onboard, to maintain CLEAR communication with our kitchen and bus operations teams, to greet, engage with, and serve our guests, and clean and reset the bus for multiple trips a day to ensure efficient and organized turnover.

Server Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Offer the entirety of our tea menu throughout the course of the tour
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by engaging with our visitors throughout their dining experience
  • Clear tables and reset them completely and efficiently to prepare for next guests and multiple trips/day
  • Collaborate and communicate with other team members to ensure exemplary guest service

Server Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial
  • Exemplary time management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
The Server role is Tip Eligible

Brand Ambassador description:
As a Brand Ambassador for TopView Sightseeing, you'll be the face and voice of our brand, the first line of in-person public relations, and responsible for promoting our services and enhancing our visibility and reputation. Your primary role will be to greet with our guests, direct them to the proper pickup location, engage with them prior to departure, and maintain clear communication and organization between our guests and vital details of our operations.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Checking and scanning guests' tickets and directing guests to the bus.
  • Informing guests about departure times, location of stops, and other needed information.
  • Collect guest information to assist in resolving customer service-related issues and concerns
  • Coordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute the day-to-day operations
  • Be responsible for company equipment.
  • Promote a culture of positivity
  • Monitor the safety of employees and guests.
  • Conduct and submit various reports as assigned

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for travel, tourism, and exploring new destinations.
  • Knowledge of Miami, FL attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality and marketing is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with the potential for remote or offsite assignments.
Pay Rate: $18.50
