Toyota of Kirkland, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is looking to hire a Full-Time Service Booker. We are seeking a candidate who is friendly, articulate, enthusiastic and a self-motivated team player who demonstrates outstanding communication skills, maintains a positive attitude and provides an excellent work ethic in all responsibilities.
This position pays $20 per hour. All employees subject to eligibility requirements, we offer the following benefits:

Job Summary:
The Service Booker supports the service department by coordinating repair orders and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the service drive. This role helps maintain productivity, accuracy, and timely vehicle repairs while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the status of vehicles in the service department and update repair progress as needed
  • Communicate with service advisors regarding job status, delays, and completion times
  • Prepare, organize, and track repair orders and related documentation
  • Help ensure parts availability and coordinate with the parts department when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system (DMS)
  • Support workflow efficiency to maximize technician productivity and minimize vehicle downtime
  • Follow dealership policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Regular attendance and timeliness is essential.
  • Work in cooperative, positive & professional manner with all personnel in the company.
  • Treat members of the public and customers in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner. Maintain professional demeanor while at work.
  • Must conform to company policy regarding non-discrimination and harassment.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service department preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
