Description
ZT Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warranty Booker to support our growing Warranty Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant booking of repair orders (ROs) in CDK. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with OEM and company policies.
This position plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, accountability, and timeliness in warranty claim processing across all brands.
Requirements
  • Review repair orders for accuracy, ensuring concern, cause, and correction are properly documented.
  • Verify technician punch times, parts usage, and job lines for compliance with manufacturer and company policies.
  • Accurately book compliant repair orders in CDK.
  • Verify criteria required by the manufacturer.
  • Communicate with Service Managers, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Departments to resolve missing or incomplete information.
  • Maintain an organized workflow to ensure daily and end-of-month deadlines are met.
  • Complete all required manufacturer and internal training to stay current on policies and warranty expectations.
  • Keep informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warranty processes and documentation requirements.
  • Experience with CDK is strongly preferred.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
