Central Amusement International Inc. (CAI) is an amusement park development and management company located in New York City. In 2003, CAI developed Victorian Gardens at Wollman Rink in Central Park, and in 2010 developed Luna Park in Coney Island, at the site of the birthplace of the amusement industry. As a Sales Host/Hostess, you will be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests. From providing courteous assistance to managing groups, parties, private events, weddings, and public relations events, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your friendly and professional demeanor, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the park will make every interaction special. Job Description:

  • Assist guests by providing verbal instructions over the phone and in person.
  • Demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and good judgment when answering questions from our guests.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of park services and event details.
  • Ensuring that the concise and accurate organization of ticketing and paperwork as provided.
  • Collaborate with the sales coordinators and managers to handle groups, parties, private events, weddings, and public relations events.
  • Exhibit a high degree of customer service relations to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Display an abundance of friendly approaches in providing services to guests.
  • Interact positively and friendly with many guests each day providing information on party hosting.
  • Effectively perform all other job duties and assignments as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, vendors, and our guests.
  • Make quick and effective decisions, demonstrating agility in dynamic situations.
  • Maintain composure in stressful situations, responding with a calm and professional demeanor.
