Role:
Great customer service is essential to any successful retail organization. An exceptional Pawnbroker achieves a hard-working, productive and effective work result that maximizes financial goals, reduces costs, and elevates customer relations and satisfaction. The Pawnbroker role is responsible for creating a consumer-friendly environment that includes but is not limited to opening and closing cash drawers, merchandising, store maintenance, stocking, pricing, selling, loaning as well as offering assistance to other coworkers.
Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE: It is the responsibility of the Pawnbroker to facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner while rapidly addressing any customer issues to meet the high expectations and standards of the company.
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED: The Pawnbroker works under the direction of the store management and is responsible for special projects and other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong desire to work, serve internal and external customers, and work with people, team oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Cash handling experience preferred
