Join Cc's Pawn Superstore as a Pawn Shop Manager in LAKE CHARLES, LA. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, manage inventory, and lead a dedicated team to drive the success of our store.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals
  • Appraise and evaluate pawned items accurately and fairly
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain store appearance and organize inventory effectively
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote positive client relationships

Requirements
