Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our fast-paced pawn shop and retail store. This role requires exceptional sales ability, strong product valuation skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a high-volume setting. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, builds lasting client relationships, and consistently meets or exceeds retail sales goals.


What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for luxury items, including fine jewelry, firearms, electronics, and specialty goods.
  • Valuation & Negotiation: Accurately assess, price, and negotiate purchases, collateral loans, and retail sales transactions.
  • Customer Experience: Provide a premium, courteous, and efficient experience for all clients, building strong relationships with repeat and high-value customers.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of luxury brands, market trends, and product values to maximize inventory potential.
  • Compliance & Detail: Handle multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and federal/state legal regulations.
  • Visual Merchandising: Present and merchandise inventory to maximize visual appeal and boost store revenue.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, luxury retail, or the pawn industry is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and math skills with sharp attention to detail.
