Job description


Manages artist and event bookings, oversees contract administration, coordinates event logistics and budgets, and maintains strong relationships with agents, promoters, and industry partners to ensure successful live events and booking opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Establish, build, and maintain positive relations with agents, managers, and industry representatives
  • Participate in all aspects of booking events inclusive of communicating deal points, contract generating, working with finance and production on budgets and final event settlement
  • Review and process venue and artist contracts for signature, order insurance, and fulfill any needs related to contract.
  • Provide general administrative support and perform diversified administrative duties; prioritize and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Track show performance data, identify booking trends, and apply insights to strengthen future strategies.
  • Manage internal documentation using internal booking systems, calendars, proformas, and ticketing platforms.
  • Focus on International routing and opportunities

Qualifications
  • Must have 2-4 years' experience in the music booking, concert and or event industry
  • Superior organizational skills; ability to multi-task, collaborate, and prioritize.
  • Must have strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; strong attention to detail.
  • Must be a strong team player, with a consistent professional demeanor and the ability to deal with all types of individuals.
  • Experience booking international shows with different promoters, agents and artists preferred
