What is a bilingual receptionist?

Bilingual Receptionists are administrative professionals who can communicate fluently in two languages and manage front-desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phones, directing inquiries, and handling administrative tasks. Their language skills enable them to assist a diverse range of clients and customers, making them valuable in workplaces with multilingual populations. They often serve as the first point of contact for a company, ensuring effective communication and a welcoming environment for all visitors.
