Furniture & Mattress Discounters is a growing, family-oriented furniture retailer dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and an exceptional shopping experience. We are looking for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our customers.

Position Summary
As our Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for every customer who contacts or visits our showroom. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Welcome and assist customers as they enter the showroom
  • Provide general information regarding products, financing, deliveries, and store services
  • Support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks
  • Perform data entry and other computer-based administrative duties
  • Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Handle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or retail experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
