WHY JOIN ALO?
Mindful movement. It's at the core of why we do what we do at ALO-it's our calling. Because mindful movement in the studio leads to better living. It changes who yogis are off the mat, making their lives and their communities better. That's the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies while coordinating internal stakeholders, brokers, carriers, and vendors.
  • Partner with Recruiting and regional business leaders to align benefit implementations with hiring plans, projected headcount, and business expansion timelines.
  • Manage carrier onboarding, brokerage placement documentation, insurance applications, Statements of Work (SOWs), engagement letters, and contractual agreements.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

Build & Scale Global Benefits Operations
  • Own the day-to-day operation of benefits programs across your assigned region while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • Develop, document, standardize, and continuously improve SOPs, implementation playbooks, benefits guides, employee communications, and other resources that support scalable global benefits operations.
  • Oversee eligibility, enrollments, waivers, dependent verification, recurring eligibility files, and ongoing benefits administration.
  • Partner closely with Payroll and HR Operations to ensure accurate benefit deductions and administration.
  • Review carrier invoices, reconcile billing, monitor program costs, and support reporting requests.
  • Monitor vendor performance and partner with brokers and insurance carriers to continuously improve service delivery and the employee experience.
  • Develop and deliver employee education and communication materials that improve benefits awareness, understanding, and engagement.
  • Respond to employee and HR inquiries, resolving complex benefit issues with a high level of service.

Drive Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure benefit programs comply with local employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Partner with Legal and external advisors on country-specific compliance matters.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and governance standards.
  • Build and implement scalable processes and best practices that support ALO's continued international growth.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
