Website Operations Manager RRP
What will you do?
You will partner with the Digital Lead Manager to develop and manage the RRP web platforms in the USA.
Reduced-risk products (RRPs) are products with the potential to reduce the risks associated with smoking, e.g. modern oral, e-vapor, heated tobacco sticks.
You will be responsible for building the owned web platform from scratch and overseeing end-to-end website operations to drive consumer acquisition and retention. This includes defining and executing SEO, paid media, and e-CRM strategies to increase traffic, awareness, conversion, and loyalty.
You will collaborate closely with the Brand Team to ensure a consistent online brand experience and manage external agencies to deliver high-quality development, maintenance, and performance against KPIs. You will also execute digital campaigns and work with third-party e-commerce platforms to drive business results.
In addition, you will partner with IT, external agencies, and HQ stakeholders to support platform development and provide regular business updates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of the RRP digital strategy in the US, including ownership of the brand website platform to deliver best-in-class digital consumer experiences and support category growth.
  • Own the end-to-end digital ecosystem-from compliant platform development and consumer data activation to lead generation and launch readiness-ensuring seamless online-to-offline growth
  • Lead the execution of compliant, performance-driven digital campaigns by aligning assets, messaging, and narratives with Brand, Consumer Programs, Legal, and Corporate Affairs; track performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Manage and grow third-party e-commerce partnerships by executing listings, campaigns, and promotions, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness
  • Oversee the digital brand budget, ensuring maximum ROI across initiatives and managing budget phasing throughout the year in close collaboration with Finance

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles or digital agency experience
  • Understanding of US digital operations is an advantage
  • Proven experience managing owned website platforms, ideally including building a platform from scratch
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and leadership, with the ability to analyze complex information, make data-driven decisions, and take ownership to drive initiatives with minimal guidance
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with stakeholders, building trust-based relationships, aligning diverse perspectives, and working toward shared goals
