  • Manage and refine Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) websites, using Edge Delivery Services to promote scalable and efficient web experiences.
  • Complete hands-on website updates, improvements, and frontend optimizations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, technology, and external partners to implement and improve digital experiences.
  • Lead ongoing website optimization initiatives focused on UX, engagement, conversion performance, and discoverability.
  • Drive technical SEO initiatives including structured data, AEO, GEO, metadata strategy, and AI discoverability guidelines.
  • Support Adobe Commerce optimization efforts, including merchandising and digital customer experience improvements.
  • Track and optimize Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, analytics configurations, and website tracking results.
  • Maintain website governance standards, accessibility compliance, operational health, and content quality across digital properties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for website operations and optimization initiatives across internal collaborators and external partners.
  • Coordinate content publishing and ensure alignment with brand standards, user experience guidelines, accessibility requirements, and platform governance.
  • Ensure all web and digital activities align with relevant regulations, standards, and internal compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed on evolving web technologies, Adobe platform capabilities, SEO trends, search developments guided by AI, and digital experience guidelines.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing enterprise websites or digital experience platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is essential.
  • Experience with Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and Universal Editor is helpful.
  • Experience working with the Adobe ecosystem
  • Solid frontend technical expertise encompassing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub workflows and modern web publishing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, structured data implementation, search optimization, and website discoverability guidelines.
  • Experience in tracking and optimizing website performance measurements including Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, analytics, and tracking implementations.
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and actively promote improvements in a highly hands-on environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital experiences is an advantage.
