If you're an experienced operations consultant looking to accelerate your career, work directly with senior business leaders, and deliver measurable results, this is an opportunity to step into a high-impact Senior Consultant role.


You'll join a highly respected consulting team focused on helping organisations improve performance, solve complex operational challenges, and implement sustainable change. This is a hands-on consulting position where you'll have significant client exposure, real responsibility, and a clear route for progression.


The Senior Consultant will drive and support operational improvement and transformation projects for clients across the United States, with Chicago as your home base.


Role Highlights

  • Lead workstreams on operational excellence, performance improvement, and business transformation engagements
  • Analyse business processes, data, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop practical recommendations and support clients through implementation
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and project sponsors
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and mentor junior consultants where appropriate


You Will Need

  • 3+ years of operations consulting experience gained within a leading consulting firm
  • A strong academic record with a technical, engineering, mathematical, scientific, or analytical background
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Willingness to travel Monday through Thursday to client sites across the US
