Job description

We provide competitive pay based on experience and education with opportunities to earn bonuses. Our full-time center based behavior technicians work Monday-Friday in our ABA centers that are open from 8:00-5:30. We have multiple shifts for part time center-based behavior technicians to work with your needs.

Job Duties:

Our Behavior Technicians are trained to provide and implement behavioral programming catering to the individual needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will assist in data collection for assessments, implement intervention activities according to the intervention plan provided by your supervisor, and demonstrate behavior analytic principles under the guidance of supervision with children and families.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Official Transcripts
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs.
  • Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing.
  • 6 months experience working with persons with developmental disabilities is preferred
