Familiarity with research methods, data analytics platforms, prototyping tools, and frameworks like Fogg Behavior Model or COM-B is important. Strong communication, empathy, and creative problem-solving skills help Behavioral Designers effectively understand user motivations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
