Job description

Reporting to our Director of Behavioral Science - Capabilities, you will help advance Conagra's behavioral science, consumer intelligence, and evidence-based growth capabilities across the enterprise. You will translate behavioral science, consumer insights, and emerging technologies into scalable tools, frameworks, and applications that improve decision making and accelerate growth. Partnering with Behavioral Science, Marketing, and Artificial Intelligence Strategy teams, you will embed evidence-based approaches into how we build brands, create communications, design products and packaging, and identify growth opportunities-while supporting the development of methodologies, frameworks, and tools that drive enterprise adoption.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Support the development and deployment of enterprise behavioral science and consumer intelligence capabilities that strengthen business decision making and drive growth.
  • Translate behavioral science research, consumer insights, and emerging trends into practical frameworks, tools, and business applications.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed evidence-based consumer understanding into brand strategy, marketing, innovation, and commercial planning.
  • Support the evolution and implementation of behavioral science principles, marketing effectiveness frameworks, and evidence-based brand-building approaches.
  • Assist in the development and scaling of consumer-centric frameworks that improve communication effectiveness, packaging design, innovation, and consumer experiences.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and application of Jobs-to-be-Done, integrated demand landscapes, and other consumer-centered methodologies to identify growth opportunities and improve business outcomes.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, training materials, best practices, and capability-building programs that increase adoption of behavioral science principles across the enterprise.
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to identify, pilot, and scale methodologies, tools, and approaches that improve insight generation and innovation effectiveness.
  • Support the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence-enabled tools, workflows, and knowledge systems that enhance consumer understanding and decision making.
  • Lead and manage capability-building projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.
  • Synthesize and communicate complex consumer, behavioral, and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods, vendor, insights and analytics, consulting, marketing strategy, or related fields.
  • Experience translating insights and analytics into actionable business recommendations that influence decisions and outcomes.
  • Experience working within a matrixed organization across Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  • Knowledge of consumer insights, marketing effectiveness, and related frameworks, methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience developing and communicating frameworks, training materials, processes, or capability-building programs.
  • Experience working with third-party partners to deliver aligned and impactful outcomes.
  • Experience communicating complex concepts and insights in clear, practical terms.
  • Curiosity and passion for understanding consumer behavior and applying evidence-based approaches to business challenges.

Compensation
Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
