Play with Kids! Behavior Technician

Help autistic children find their voice. And discover your calling.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

What you’ll do

  • Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum
  • Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills

Pay & Benefits

  • $20 - $23 / hour based on experience and education
  • Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm (15-20/week)

Hiring Bonus

  • $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
  • $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives

  • +$2/hour for weekend shifts
  • +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
