Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Manager.  This position generates sales leads and schedules appointments with our sales team.  You will work as a liaison between potential customers, BDC personal and our dealership. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Leads:  Find new and existing customers who may be interested in buying a vehicle.
  • Handle Inquiries:  Respond to customer calls, emails and website requests.
  • Schedule Appointments:  Set up appointments for the Sales Team.
  • Follow Up:  Contact customers who have expressed interest in buying, or who have missed an appointment.
  • Maintain relationships:  Keep in touch with customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Promote Sales:  Implement marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
  • Learn About Products:  Stay up to date on product features, inventory, and accessories.
  • Provide Information:  Give customers information about products or services
  • Attend Training:  Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
