Summary of the Position: The batch maker I measures and mixes ingredients repetitively for one process to a pre-set standard that in turn will create a high quality product. The batch maker I cleans machines properly after production runs and maintains a clean work area.
Functions Of the Position:
  • Measures and mixes ingredients repetitively for one process to a pre-set standard striving to exceed productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Ensures quality of product.
  • Performs pre-operational checks.
  • Dumps product into hopper.
  • Records production output on work order.
  • Stacks boxes onto pallets.
  • Cleans machine properly after runs including allergen clean-ups and maintains a clean work area.
Qualifications:
  • Prior work experience is a plus
  • Ability to follow work instructions
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read thermometers and measuring cups
