The Batch Maker is responsible for producing small-scale batches of precious metal materials within a pilot plant environment. This role involves following detailed formulations, monitoring processing conditions, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of working in a manufacturing setting with strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manufacture batches of precious metal materials according to established recipes and work orders
  • Accurately measure, mix, and process materials in accordance with specifications
  • Monitor and control key variables such as temperature, blending, and cooking times
  • Track and record production data, including batch progress, times, and outcomes
  • Perform basic equipment setup and operation within the pilot plant
