Job description

Starting Wages $25.50 - Rate Increases Depending on Experience
$2500.00 Sign on Bonus
$2500.00 Referral

Physical Requirements:
Perform all duties in a safe and consistent manner.
  • Capable of pushing or pulling up to 100 lbs and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Capable of shoveling, using a wheel barrow and hosing down pads
  • Capable of using hand tools such as (but not limited to) hammers, mallets, wrenches, grease guns, etc.
  • Ability to perform and/or assist with basic maintenance of trucks, plants and equipment
  • Keep a clean and tidy work station, plants and equipment
  • Perform varying tasks associated with mixer trucks, equipment, batch plants and concrete
  • Work in changing seasonal Environment-Working hours based on seasonal demand

Daily completion of applicable paperwork such as:
  • Delivery Tickets, Driver's Start Times, Air and Slump Tests, Vehicle Inspection Report, etc.

General:
  • Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures
  • Capable of using a computer and batch panels daily
  • Interact directly with drivers, customers and contractors
  • Capable to follow directions and completing tasks on time
  • Ability to learn to do air and slump tests of concrete
  • Capable of showing up on time for scheduled shift
