Now Hiring: Batch Maker (Entry-Level) | Join Our Production Team!
Love working hands-on and being part of how great products are made? We’re looking for a reliable Batch Maker to join our Wet/Bakery manufacturing team!
What You’ll Do:
- Follow recipes using iPads & scanners to create high-quality batches
- Measure, mix & load ingredients (up to 50 lbs per bag)
- Operate equipment and keep production running smoothly
- Check quality (look, smell, texture) to ensure top-notch products
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail & basic math skills
- Team player mindset with great communication
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active on your feet
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (OT available!)
Bonus Points:
- Experience with pallet jacks or manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
