You'll work closely with relationship managers, product teams, operations, and risk partners to move projects from intake through implementation, track open items, manage stakeholder accountability, and help improve how the team executes at scale. Project Management & Program Execution

  • Lead cross-functional projects from intake through implementation, launch readiness, and post-launch support.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risk logs, issue trackers, decision logs, and executive-ready status updates.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Strategic Partnerships, Operations, Compliance, BSA/AML, Credit, Legal, Technology, and Product.
  • Drive accountability for open items, dependencies, and deliverables while escalating blockers in a timely and thoughtful manner.

Operational Excellence & Central Support Coverage

  • Serve as a backup resource for critical Central Support operational processes, including request intake, change management oversight tracking, and account opening.
  • Monitor SLA adherence, open requests, and coordinate stakeholder follow-ups to help ensure timely completion of reviews and approvals.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, procedures, templates, and playbooks that improve consistency and scalability.

AI, Automation & Process Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation, workflow tools, dashboards, templates, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to streamline intake, tracking, reporting, and recurring operational processes.
  • Support responsible adoption of AI-assisted workflows while maintaining appropriate controls, confidentiality, and governance expectations

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, consulting, or related roles.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a banking, fintech, payments, lending, technology, or regulated environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Hands-on experience creating project plans, status updates, trackers, meeting agendas, action logs, and process documentation.
  • Comfort working with operational workflows and stepping into business support activities as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and control-function audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and related workplace productivity tools.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Monday.com, Archer, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation, low-code/no-code solutions, dashboards, or process optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled productivity tools, or automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting governance, risk, compliance, onboarding, partner oversight, or operational excellence programs.
