Join our team and play a key role in HomeGoods Distribution Network's transition to Manhattan WMS-be part of an innovative team shaping the future of our operations.

As part of a significant strategic effort to modernize and enhance our distribution network, TJX is implementing an advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) from Manhattan Associates. This initiative will transform our supply chain operations and establish new standards for efficiency and innovation.

In this pivotal role as WMS Program & Project Manager for HomeGoods, you will report directly to the AVP of Program Management for HomeGoods Distribution Services and take strategic direction from the WMS Business Lead. You will own and drive all project management responsibilities for HomeGoods-specific milestones in the Manhattan WMS rollout.

You will define program governance, develop and track schedules, manage risks, and facilitate status updates. Your leadership will ensure operational readiness for each implementation, coordinate efforts across teams, and monitor technology adoption to achieve our goals.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact, collaborating with partners from other TJX divisions, including Marmaxx, TJX Canada, and TJX Europe as part of a high-profile network initiative.

The assignment is a minimum three-year strategic commitment, offering you the chance to shape the future of our distribution network.

  • Transparent Communication: Provide regular updates, progress reports, and future plans for leadership and the broader network. Foster transparency, maintain confidentiality, and serve as a trusted voice to dispel speculation and promote a positive environment.
  • On-Site Leadership: Lead HomeGoods implementation activities at distribution centers, including operational readiness planning, system acceptance testing and validation, end-user training, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Change Management and Team Support: Support and coach frontline leaders and associates during transition to the new platform and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Business & System Alignment: Collaborate with the WMS Project Lead to ensure business expectations are matched with system capabilities and operational needs for successful execution.
  • Technical Collaboration: Record, document, and monitor all feature enhancements and system updates required for the Manhattan WMS during rollout. Make sure requests are prioritized, clearly communicated, and incorporated into project plans to support efficient execution and help achieve operational goals. Work closely with IT team to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Information Management: Facilitate the collection, distribution, and retention of project information to ensure transparency and accessibility.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with HomeGoods Training Team to track development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with the new WMS. Help scale and share best practices across the network for consistent and efficient future rollouts.
  • Expansion Support: Assist with domestic and international expansion efforts, including travel to distribution centers for hands-on implementation support.
