Job description

We are seeking an experienced AV/VC Support Specialist to provide enterprise-level audiovisual and video conferencing support for meetings, events, conference rooms, and executive-facing environments. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with AV technologies and collaboration platforms, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide audiovisual and video conferencing support for internal and external meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Set up, test, and support conference room technology and AV equipment.
  • Deliver real-time technical support during meetings and video conferences, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair audiovisual equipment and conferencing systems.
  • Support and administer video conferencing platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Skype for Business, and GoToMeeting.
  • Manage and support Zoom Rooms, room appliances, and LifeSize video conferencing systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve microphone issues, audio feedback, signal routing, and other AV-related challenges.
  • Support AV wiring, connectivity protocols, video switching, control systems, and DSP technologies.
  • Ensure conference rooms and meeting spaces are fully operational and meet service expectations.
  • Stay current with emerging audiovisual and collaboration technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of AV/VC support experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Professional services experience required; law firm experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience in Windows 10 environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting:
    • Zoom Rooms and conferencing hardware
    • AV systems and equipment
    • Video switching, control systems, and DSP technologies
    • Wireless networking technologies
  • Proven experience supporting executive stakeholders and client-facing meetings.
  • Ability to provide white-glove support for conference rooms, boardrooms, and high-profile events.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor''''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
