Hudson Automotive Group is growing, and we're looking for a talented, driven recruiting professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Fixed Operations Support Specialist. This is a Remote position that needs to be based out of North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Automotive Recruiter, Technician Recruiter, or a high-performing Fixed Operations professional who is passionate about building great teams and wants to transition into recruiting.
As one of the fastest-growing automotive dealer groups in the Southeast, Hudson Automotive is seeking a recruiting professional who can identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent across our dealership network. This role will focus primarily on recruiting Automotive Technicians, Service Advisors, and other key Fixed Operations positions, partnering closely with dealership leadership to deliver exceptional hiring results.
What You'll Do
โ€ข Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in automotive retail, dealership recruiting, or automotive staffing
  • OR strong Fixed Operations experience as a Technician, Service Advisor, Service Manager, or related role with an interest in recruiting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed for hiring events and dealership support
