Job description

Johnson Ford is the newest Ford dealer to the area.ย  Since we have acquired the dealership we are nowย seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Fixed Operations to lead our team.ย  The ideal candidate will posses a strong background in Service and Parts development.ย  This role requires leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and strategic planning.ย  As our Fixed Operations director you will be playing a crucial part in developing the processes and procedures in our 27 bay air conditioned and heated service area.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all fixed operations focusing on achieving departmental forecasts
  • Hiring and coaching service and parts employees
  • Collaborate with upper management staff to maximize the stores potential
  • Develop plans to achieve the company goals
  • Develop processes to improve the departments tech efficiency, productivity and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge
  • Ford experience is a must
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Service Manager
