Lead a High-Performing Ford Service Department

Jones Ford is seeking an experienced Service Director to join our team in Buckeye, AZ. We are looking for a proven dealership leader with previous Ford experience and at least 2+ years of experience as a Service Director.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive fixed-operations professional who knows how to lead teams, improve service department performance, maximize profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

$12,000โ€“$16,000 Per Month DOE

What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the Ford service department
  • Develop and motivate Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff
  • Monitor department performance, profitability, CSI, and productivity
  • Establish and maintain service department goals and performance standards
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the service experience
  • Work closely with the Parts and Sales departments to maximize dealership efficiency
  • Monitor technician productivity, workflow, and repair order completion
  • Review department financial performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure compliance with Ford manufacturer standards and dealership policies
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop service department employees

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Director REQUIRED
  • Previous Ford dealership experience REQUIRED
  • Proven leadership experience within an automotive dealership
  • Strong understanding of dealership fixed operations
  • Demonstrated ability to improve service department performance and profitability
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service operations, workflow, and repair processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
