Schumacher Auto Group, an extremely successful and high volume local dealership is seeking talented professional individuals to join their Retention department.
This is a great opportunity to make a high income. Compensation includes salary plus commission.
This position requires an upbeat, professional, well-spoken, detail-oriented person. Customer contact is mainly via phone and email but has some face to face interaction with customers as well. Must have some Data Mining experience.
If you've excelled in a call center environment, whether it be customer service, collections, data mining, or other auto dealers, then we want to talk to you! Experience is preferred. We will train and guide you to become a successful agent.
We are looking for people who are energetic, exciting, and compassionate - someone who can easily build rapport with people.
