Job Description:
As an Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for generating appointments and building relationships with potential customers through phone, text, and email. Our BDC team plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from their first point of contact with our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
  • Follow up with previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business
  • Maintain an accurate database of customer information and all interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions
  • Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Achieve consistent weekly and monthly performance targets

Requirements:
