Job description

Senior Associate, Project Manager

Are you ready to lead from the front line of a top 10 bank? Do you thrive in a high-visibility environment where your relationship-building and sharp execution expertise translate directly into operational excellence?

As a Senior Project Manager on the Network Product & Platforms (NPP) Ops Chief of Staff (COS) team, you won't just track tasks - you will act as the primary driver of our daily operational execution and proactive delivery engine. In this individual contributor role, you maintain the operational pulse and discipline for the organization, ensuring our frameworks are translated into daily execution. You will manage diverse coordination requirements to keep the organization aligned, tracking critical commitments, monitoring key results, and supporting foundational team routines.

We are seeking a highly motivated project management professional who blends deep attention to detail with exceptional communication and coordination skills. You excel at maintaining operational hygiene, managing logistics, and keeping our administrative and tracking foundations air tight to catch execution friction before it needs to be escalated.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operational Execution: Drive the logistical tracking and end-to-end coordination of foundational team initiatives, ensuring day to day milestones are met with absolute consistency.

  • Operational Pulse and Routine Maintenance: Manage the ongoing tracking of team Key Results (KRs), maintain central event schedules, and coordinate foundational communication routines to keep the team operating at a predictable tempo.

  • Operational Hygiene & Process Adherence: Oversee comprehensive project and process documentation, ensuring logistics and records are thoroughly recorded to prevent "process decay" and proactively mitigate operational readiness across initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, utilizing clear communication to keep partners aligned, informed of upcoming deadlines, and prepared for process transitions.

  • Problem Solving & Agility: Navigate ambiguity in daily coordination tasks, overcoming execution roadblocks, and acting as an early warning system to flag process and workflow friction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience

  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in Process Management or continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification

  • Demonstrated experience using data and structured analysis to solve complex business problems

  • Strong communication and tracking skills, with a proven track record of managing schedules, logistical milestones, and operational data across a dynamic team environment
