We are seeking a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to lead and grow a high-potential Richmond office focused primarily on data center projects. This individual will oversee operations, develop talent, drive profitability, and play a critical role in shaping the future of the business in the region. Client Details Our client is a well-established, family-owned specialty contractor with a strong reputation for repeat business and long-term client relationships. The company is experiencing strategic growth and offers ambitious leaders a clear path to executive-level advancement. Description Lead daily operations of the Richmond office and provide overall project and business leadership. Manage and mentor office staff, including project management, field, and administrative personnel. Drive office profitability, backlog growth, and long-term market expansion initiatives. Oversee multiple projects with a primary focus on data center construction opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and industry partners. Collaborate directly with executive leadership to establish growth strategies and operational goals. Recruit, hire, and develop additional team members as the office expands. Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Provide leadership across estimating, project execution, scheduling, and resource planning. Serve as the key representative for the Richmond market and help establish the office as a major profit center.
