In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, you will support technical enablement initiatives and provide escalated technical assistance that helps drive long-term customer satisfaction and business growth.
What You’ll Do

  • Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and webinars for prospective and existing customers.
  • Provide solution design and application guidance, including participation in system architecture, integration, and deployment approach discussions.
  • Participate in discovery and planning meetings, joint customer visits with RSMs, and strategic account planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across the sales ecosystem, including integrators, distributors, end users, consultants and A&E firms, and customer project management, IT, facilities, and safety/security stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and product specifications.
  • Provide deployment and commissioning guidance, identifying technical risks and mitigation strategies that support successful customer outcomes.
  • Deliver Valcom Engineered Solution Technical Support Services (VETSS) enablement activities that build integrator, distributor, and end-user capability to position, deploy, and support Valcom solutions.
  • Provide escalated technical assistance in strategic or relationship-critical situations, directing routine support, troubleshooting, and repetitive training requests to Technical Support, the Training Team, and established training resources.
  • Gather and communicate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, competitive intelligence, market trends, and deployment lessons learned to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies relevant to Valcom’s offerings.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones.

  • Field expertise for site surveys and pre-build assessment.
  • Proficiency with remote troubleshooting.

Key Strengths & Skills

  • Success in working and driving results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
