The primary purpose of the Managing Associate role is to support the firm's leadership team in executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance advisor development, and strengthen overall organizational performance. This position plays an integral role in advancing the firm's objectives through business development activities, marketing strategy execution, and the implementation of programs that support advisor success and operational excellence.
The Managing Associate partners closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, enhance client and advisor engagement, and contribute to the development and execution of initiatives that support the firm's long-term vision.
