The primary purpose of the Managing Associate role is to support the firm's leadership team in executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance advisor development, and strengthen overall organizational performance. This position plays an integral role in advancing the firm's objectives through business development activities, marketing strategy execution, and the implementation of programs that support advisor success and operational excellence.


The Managing Associate partners closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, enhance client and advisor engagement, and contribute to the development and execution of initiatives that support the firm's long-term vision. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate projects, foster collaboration, and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

By supporting key growth strategies and organizational priorities, the Managing Associate contributes directly to the firm's sustained success, market presence, and commitment to delivering exceptional value to clients and advisors.


Responsibilities:
  • Drive organizational growth by achieving annual recruiting objectives and attracting top-tier talent to support the firm's expansion and long-term success.
  • Maintain a high level of personal production performance, consistently meeting or exceeding leadership benchmarks while serving as a credible and effective producing leader.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic market opportunities that align with the firm's growth initiatives and business objectives.
  • Support the development and execution of recruiting, onboarding, and training programs designed to strengthen advisor performance, accelerate growth, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
