Job description

The Associate Program Manager - WellSky Foundation is responsible for organizing, developing, and managing Foundation programs and initiatives to successful completion. The scope of this job includes managing programs that align with strategic direction, as well as maintaining program budgets and operating plans.

TheWellSky Foundation is the philanthropic engine of WellSky, created to help make our communities stronger by supporting vulnerable populations while making a lasting impact. We make communities where our teammates live and work better by directly addressing the social determinants of health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support WellSky Foundation program goals, objectives, and milestones in alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Support comprehensive program plans, including creating program summaries, timelines, resource proposals, and initial budget needs.
  • Event & Community Engagement: Coordinate quarterly volunteer days and blood drives, partner with the Events and Communications teams on the annual golf tournament, gala and Week of Giving along with attending community events as needed.
  • Donor Relations & Fundraising: Research potential donors and assist with fundraising events as needed.
  • Grant Recipient Management: Work closely with Executive Director to maintain and support ongoing relationships with grant recipient partners.
  • Marketing & Communications: Gather and curate content to support the Foundation's social media presence.
  • CRM & Administrative Support: Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, and create dashboards, reporting, and documentation to provide transparency of program status and support consistent operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
