Job Purpose and Impact

The Process Manager, Contract & Pricing Management (Procurement) is accountable for designing, governing, and continuously improving end-to-end processes that enable accurate contract lifecycle execution and compliant pricing across the enterprise. In this role, you will lead business readiness and process deployment activities to ensure contract terms, pricing structures, supplier data, and controls are standardized and embedded in procurement systems. You will partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Technology to streamline workflows, reduce risk, improve cycle time, and ensure pricing and contract data integrity to support sourcing strategies and business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities
  • Serve as a process and tools enablement partner to Buying and Category teams, providing day-to-day guidance on contract and pricing workflows, intake requirements, and best practices across the contract lifecycle (request, authoring support, approvals, execution, amendments, and renewals).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Buying, Category, Finance, Legal) to capture needs and pain points, then translate them into clear process maps, standard work, controls, and SAP/Ariba configuration requirements to improve speed, quality, and compliance.
  • Enable compliant execution by advising Buying and Category teams on required controls (e.g., approval thresholds, segregation of duties, clause compliance, and pricing change controls) and partnering with Audit/Compliance to address findings and implement improvements.
  • Provide stakeholder enablement and change support by developing training, job aids, office hours, and communications for contract and pricing process updates; capture feedback and drive continuous improvements to the user experience.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading procurement process improvements related to contract lifecycle management (CLM) and/or pricing governance, including cross-functional change management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and SAP Ariba (e.g., Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing/Contracts, catalogs) and working knowledge of contracting terms, pricing models, pricing conditions, and supplier master data.
