Position Title: FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Job Summary

Facility Coordinator supports both site operations and event execution at the Shell Woodcreek campus. This dual-role position is critical to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility while also delivering high-quality, well-coordinated events that enhance employee engagement and site culture.

Key Responsibilities


Site Events

•    Communicates with the Houston Site Manager and event support team of event request 
•    Responds to event inquires within timely manner (24 hours of event request) to begin event coordination process; inclusive of correspondence with event host
•    Holds reoccurring meetings with all FM & event support team to include action items. (publish team actions on Friday of each week).
•    Complete all activities supporting event actions within a timely manner (5 working days) prior to the event with late event requests 2 business days prior to the event
•    Work with Site operations team and safety to ensure event is executed properly. 

Site Operations 


•    Serve as a point of contact for general facility – related inquiries and service requests 
•    Coordinate with vendors and internal operations for maintenance, repairs and space management. 
•    Support room scheduling, signage, readiness for high level meetings and business functions 
•    Monitor and report on facility conditions, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. 
•    Assist with space planning, office moves and occupancy tracking. 
•    Monitor and maintain shared spaces including meeting rooms, break areas, wellness rooms, and fitness spaces
•    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
•    Assist with emergency preparedness and site safety protocols.
•    Provide support for AV setup, room readiness, and logistics for high-level meetings and business functions.
