Job description

Due to growth, Satterfield & Pontikes is looking to add a Program Coordinator to our team! In this role you will be responsible forworkingclosely withvendorprograms that supply services to the Corporateand field offices.This role requiresahigh levelof attention to detail, consistency, and reliability in managing employee dataandhelping field employees with requestswhilemaintaininga strong supportrelationship.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure proper maintenance,filing and storage of recordsfor each program account, including contractsstored in SharePoint
  • Occasionally supportNewHire Orientation training in absence of Director
  • Review and follow upwith vendorson field furniture and copier ordersto endure timely delivery per order placed
  • Complete formand place orderfor new printers as neededand ensure contract is signed by VPofIT
  • Remove terminated employees from all programs when notified
  • Add new hires to programs as specified and send out emails
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets of data on each program account
  • Assistwith bids for new programs
  • Assist with KPI's quarterly report to CFO on each program account
  • Special projects asassigned
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS ANDQUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree inAccountingorPurchasing; orAssociate'sdegree inBusinesswith min 2years' experienceinAccounting orPurchasing department
  • Strong customer service skillsfrom prior sales rolesin fast paced environment a plus
  • Purchasing background, a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel required
