Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Program Coordinator, you will coordinate all aspects of the assigned program through knowledge of the strategic plan goals and providing administrative leadership in planning, organizing and implementing programs.
Every day you will expertly provide support to the department and work in a professional and collaborative manner.
To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional demeanor, contributing to the goals set forth by the department and program leaders.

  • Coordinates departmental activities.
  • Secures confidential information (electronic or hardcopy) and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. 
  • Receive and respond to all requests for information regarding program. 
  • Assists the program to coordinate meetings, projects, trainings.
  • Communicates information regarding conferences, events, and meetings in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and develop policies and procedures within the department.
