Position: Director of Human ResourcesLocation: Florida | Attractive salary between $130,000 and $145,000.Bonus potential based on performance: 20%.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR department in all aspects, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
