Safran Federal Systems provides Resilient Positioning, Navigation and Timing (R-PNT) solutions and custom engineering services to U.S. Government agencies, defense organizations and their contractors.   • Support mission-critical programs by ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment.
  • Gain exposure to regulated industry standards (e.g., quality, compliance, and traceability requirements common in Defense and Aerospace).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Product Management teams to understand and contribute to the full product lifecycle.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop expertise in ERP and CRM systems, planning, and supply chain coordination with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

What You Bring to the role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
  • Entry-level candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, manufacturing, or transferable fields preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
