You will have the opportunity to influence commercial results while developing expertise across mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, separately managed accounts, model portfolios, and alternative investments.

Responsibilities

  • Support National Account Managers in managing home office relationships, responding to client inquiries, coordinating onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate client records and deliverables.
  • Execute platform distribution initiatives by tracking product availability, due diligence requirements, platform approvals, product launches, and shelf-space opportunities across key firms.
  • Prepare and maintain client-facing materials, including presentations, business plans, due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals, activity reports, and product updates.
  • Analyze sales, asset flow, and platform data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, support growth strategies, and uncover opportunities to increase share of wallet.
  • Coordinate client meetings, due diligence sessions, conferences, and roadshows while building relationships with home office stakeholders and supporting strategic account engagement.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, legal, compliance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of client commitments and business initiatives.
  • Support business reviews, territory assessments, reporting processes, and strategic projects that contribute to long-term platform growth and distribution effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, sales support, client service, or a related financial services environment, with knowledge of intermediary distribution channels preferred.
  • Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and Series 66 registrations required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, customer relationship management platforms, content management tools, analytics solutions, and data-driven reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex deliverables, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, solve problems effectively, and contribute to strategic business objectives.
  • Ability to leverage data and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting, content creation, and client insights
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% to 40% to support client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), content platforms (e.g., Seismic), and analytics tools
  • Interest in pursuing advanced industry designations such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), or Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA).
  • Demonstrated interest in business development, relationship management, and long-term sales career paths
