Registered Nurse – Post-Acute Care (Oahu, Hawaii)

About the Role
Green Door is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional care in a Post-Acute Care setting, focusing on the health, safety, and comfort of our geriatric patients.

Our ideal candidate is dedicated to excellence in patient care, empathetic, and eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Post-Acute Care setting
  • Administer medications and monitor patients’ responses to treatment
  • Assess patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor vital signs, manage pain, and support patients’ comfort and recovery
  • Assist with diagnostic tests and medical procedures as needed
  • Educate and support patients’ families on treatment protocols and home care practices

Qualifications

  • Active US Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in post-acute, geriatric, or related healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering the highest standards of care

  • Valid US Registered Nurse
  • Valid Visa Screen Certicate
  • Visa holder of F1 and TNs are open to apply
