Operations Assistant
Monday thru Friday 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Details:
  • Weekends off

  • Spanish pay differential offered
Major Duties amp; Responsibilities:
• Order Visa Cards and answers any questions members may have on Visa promptly and courteously.
• Responsible for paying Credit Union Bills
• Posts and Scans Investments.
• Post Monthly Safety Deposit Box Rentals and Send Notices.
• Assists with IRA's and RTI's (Returned Check Items).
• Process Incoming and Outgoing Wires.
• Researches card processing disputes (signature based). Completes chargeback process. Adjusts members' accounts as needed.
• Transmits PBF (Positive Balance File) and ICL (Check 21 end of day deposit).
• Assumes responsibility for other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Diplomacy and tact
• Professional attitude
• Honesty and Integrity
• Solid math skills
• Good typing skills
• Spanish Speaking Preferred but not required
