Who you are:

The College Study Enrollment department is currently in search of a Spain Visa Coordinator for a temporary, part-time position. The successful candidate will be expected to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at our Portland, Maine office. Key responsibilities include overseeing the processing of Spain Visa batch appointments, managing visa application correspondence, organizing documentation, data entry, and upholding communication with our remote Spain advising team. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for managing office supply inventory and adhering to strict confidentiality standards.


What you’ll do:


Visa Application Processing:

· Receive and manage the daily influx of visa applications via mail.

· Organize visa application materials for efficient processing.

· Perform accurate and timely data entry of relevant information.

Communication with Remote Team:

· Collaborate with team members working remotely to ensure smooth visa processing.

· Communicate effectively regarding application status and requirements.

Office Supplies Management:

· Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.

· Replenish supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Confidentiality and Security:

· Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

· Follow established protocols to ensure the security of sensitive data.


What you’ll bring:
