A busy adult medical practice is seeking a highly organized and professional Medical Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager with both administrative and patient-facing responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with a healthcare background who is comfortable balancing front desk coordination, backend administrative work, patient communication, billing support, and day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced medical environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations Manager with daily office and administrative tasks
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, documentation, and general inquiries
  • Support medical billing and administrative workflows
  • Handle front desk responsibilities and provide professional patient interaction
  • Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and email communication
  • Perform backend office work including data entry, document management, and record updates
  • Assist with operational and organizational tasks to ensure smooth office flow
  • Provide general administrative and personal assistant support as needed
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication with patients and staff
  • Other duties as assigned
