Job description

# In-House Cleaning Business PartnerCharlotte, NC + 1hr Radius Full-time## About the role# Become MyTripify's In-House Cleaning PartnerWe're looking for a short-term rental cleaning team to merge with our virtual operations team and own the turnover experience across 35 single-family homes.## The OpportunityThis isn't a one-off contract — we want a long-term partner. The right team brings the boots-on-the-ground operation; we bring the properties, the systems, the tech stack, and the recurring volume.\*\*What this looks like:\*\* Ability & willingness to create a legal partnership with MyTripify to bring this dream to life as an in-house cleaning team. We would merge your cleaning team with our virtual operations team, processes, and 35 single-family homes.## What We Bring to the Table### A Real Book of Business — Day One\*\*$250,000+\*\* in annual cleaning revenue currently flowing to our existing cleaner — this is the book that transfers to the right partner. Roughly $21K–$22K per month, stable and recurring across 35 single-family homes.\*\*✓ 35 bigger single-family homes\*\*Not 1-bed condos. We manage larger single-family STR properties — bigger turns, bigger tickets, and a real book of recurring volume from day one.\*\*✓ A full remote admin team\*\*Our remote operations team handles guest comms, scheduling, vendor coordination, accounting, and the admin grind. You and your cleaners focus on the houses — we handle the back office.\*\*✓ An assistant for the main operator\*\*We strongly recommend pairing the main operator with a dedicated assistant from our remote team — to manage schedules, photos, restocking lists, and Slack — so the operator stays out in the field running the team.\*\*✓ Systems, SOPs, and tech stack\*\*Breezeway, Slack, our turnover playbook, supplies subscription, linen program — all already built. You plug in, scale up, and grow without building the back end from scratch. One thing to be upfront about: we want a rockstar operator running this — someone who takes ownership, hits the standard every time, and can lead a team. We're not looking for mediocre. If that's you, we'll build something great together.## What We Need From YouEvery line item below comes from running 35 STR homes day in and day out. If you can check these boxes, we should talk.\*\* Specialize in short-term rentals\*\*STR turns are a different animal than residential cleans — speed, consistency, and guest-ready presentation matter more than anything.\*\* Available 7 days a week\*\*Most cleans happen on weekends. Being available after 5pm is required so we can handle late-day check-outs and same-day issues.\*\* Cleans completed by 5pm daily\*\*5pm is check-in time. Cleans must be done by then. Partial compensation applies if cleans aren't completed the day of checkout.\*\* Standard pricing sheet\*\*You bring a written pricing table by bed/bath count. This tells us you're organized and have a system to how you price and operate.\*\* Completion photos after every clean\*\*Submit via Slack or Breezeway. This lets our team mark the property clean, communicate with guests/vendors, and track start/finish times.\*\* Immediate damage & maintenance reporting\*\*You're our eyes and ears. When something is broken or damaged, we need photos in Slack or Breezeway immediately so we can react before the next guest.\*\* Weekly trash service\*\*Two trips per property per week — to the curb the night before, back to the house the next day. Plus one-off pickup runs when the city misses a week.\*\* Outdoor amenity cleaning + leaf blowing\*\*Many homes have pools, hot tubs, patio furniture, grills, firepits, cornhole boards, etc. All need to be wiped down, leaf blown, and guest-ready.\*\* Hot tub care (optional but ideal)\*\*Certified to balance chemicals and clean hot tubs is a major plus. Not a deal-breaker — we have backup options — but it would simplify the workflow.\*\* Return visits when issues are missed\*\*Our team visits properties before some turns to verify guest-ready. When we find issues, we need a cleaner back out to address them.\*\* Free return visits for guest complaints\*\*You're human. Guests are particular. We need a cleaner readily available to address cleanliness concerns at no extra charge to the guest or to us.\*\* Internal SOPs and systems\*\*Standard operating procedures show us your cleans are consistent and repeatable no matter how many properties we hand you. Don't have them yet? We can help — this is our strong suit.\*\* Online booking system we can access\*\*So we can verify every clean is scheduled without bugging you with "hey, do you have this one on the calendar?"\*\* Prior Slack experience\*\*Slack is the backbone of our team's communication. You need to be comfortable living in it.\*\* Invoices for additional cleaning\*\*When extra cleans are needed because of guest damage, we need a clean invoice we can submit to Airbnb to recoup the cost.\*\* Weekly invoicing\*\*Weekly invoices reduce manual payment work on our accounting team and keep your cash flow steady.## The $125/month Supplies & Linens SubscriptionPer property, we include a flat supplies/linens/towels subscription so cleaners always have what they need on hand and guests get a consistent experience.\*\*$125 / month / property\*\*Everything below is covered:- Sheets & linens (laundry done off-site)- Towels (2 per max occupancy + 1 hand towel)- Makeup towels (black)- Toilet paper- Trash bags- Hand soap- Shampoo- Body bar- Laundry detergent- Travel lotion- Coffee & tea- Coffee filters- Creamer- Sugar- Toothbrush- Toothpaste- Ear plugs (multi-family units)- Dish soap- Dish detergent- Kitchen sponge## Standard Pricing TableThis is what we currently pay per turn by bed/bath count.
