Job description

Product Marketing Specialist

The Product Marketing Specialist supports our go-to-market and retention strategy efforts. Key projects and responsibilities include contributing to messaging briefs, managing delivery of components for the launch process, researching competitive intelligence, assisting with enablement (sales and customer success), developing collateral, and presenting to key stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help define go-to-market and retention strategy with an understanding of industry factors, buyer personas, and competitive landscape.
  • Support the Product Marketing Manager with go-to-market and retention strategy development for our portfolio offerings.
  • Developing and managing rollout of collateral and enablement tools.
  • Manage marketing campaign deliverables and facilitate between Product Marketing leaders and other department cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in the development of client-facing and internal product-focused communications such as webinars, blogs, email newsletters, launch announcements, and sales tools.
  • Assist the Product and Product Marketing Team with competitive intelligence information and providing subject matter expertise related to the competitive aspects of our hardware maintenance offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 1-2 years in B2B or B2C Marketing, preferably in technology space
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated history of using, maintaining, and analyzing data to measure performance and make recommendations
  • Proven ability to work in a flexible manner and adapt to a fast-paced environment where change is common
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including peers and senior management

  • Support Entuity partners and resellers through content creation, collateral management, lead generation, and joint marketing initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with AI-based platforms and LLMs for support with Chatbots & Virtual Assistants, Content Generation, Text Summarization, Semantic Search & Analysis.

Bonus Points:

  • Exposure to marketing or selling enterprise-grade IT software, IT infrastructure, networking, or analytics solutions.
