The Cantio Marketing Manager
Job DescriptionPosition Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies for The Cantio Hotel and its food and beverage outlets, including Broken Record, Believe You Me’s, and Beeman’s Corner. This role partners with leadership, F&B teams, brand partners, PR, digital, and social agencies to increase visibility, maintain brand consistency, and drive engagement.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the hotel, restaurants, and bars.
  • Create and maintain a 12-month marketing calendar for campaigns, promotions, and activations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and demand patterns.
  • Maintain brand consistency across signage, collateral, photography, and guest-facing materials.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing
  • Partner with agencies and brand teams on content strategies and editorial calendars.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, influencer opportunities, and media visits.
  • Manage website content, third-party listings, packages, and promotions.
  • Support paid media campaigns, email marketing, and digital initiatives.
  • Track campaign results, engagement, and ROI.
Events, Activations & Partnerships
  • Support execution of experiential activations and brand events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and community partners.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses, tourism partners, and community organizations.
  • Support cross-promotional opportunities for the hotel and outlets.
Marketing Performance & Financial Management
