Job description

Medium-size law firm in the midtown Phoenix area is looking for a legal assistant/secretary with 5+ years experience of litigation support for our insurance defense department. Job duties include correspondence, preparation of motions, pleadings and other court related documents, filing with the courts, calendaring, scheduling, utilizing document management system, trial preparation, setting up/closing files, etc. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have great oral and written communication skills, have good computer, social, organizational, and time management skills, along with a positive attitude. We pride ourselves on supporting a team environment and professional atmosphere. We offer a full benefits package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
